Wedding Day Coordination

Designed for the bride who wants to manage all preliminary planning herself, but would like assistance with the execution of the day of the wedding.

This package allows the bride to see the event come to life, without lifting a finger!  Package includes:

  • Complimentary Consultation

  • 4 Hours Pre-Wedding Through Bride and Groom's exit at the end of event

  • 1 hour  Detailed Planning Meeting to discuss vision and details such as Vendor Contact List, Timeline, Ceremony and Reception Documents and Layout

  • 1 hour Direction and orchestration of ceremony rehearsal (processional/recessional)

  • Distribution of the Final Itinerary to Vendors The Day of Wedding

  • Final Vendor Confirmation and Direction

  • Oversee Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour/Reception

  • Day Of Wedding Coordination To Include But Never Limited To:

    • Execution and proper set up of all times

    • Receiving deliveries & greeting vendors

    • Distributing hard copies of wedding day packet

    • Overseeing proper set-up and design of ceremony/reception areas

    • Lining up and cueing wedding day party

    • Making certain all musicians have the proper musical selections for ceremony components; making sure they are cued appropriately for correct pace and timing

    • Answering guests’ questions & concerts throughout the day

    • Communicate with DJ/MC in guiding guest through the day and timing of scheduled events

    • Ensuring caterers regarding cocktail hour, dinner service, cake cutting and bar

    • Assisting photographer/videographer with photo shoot

    • Always being ready to handle any emergencies that arise

    • Distributing final balances and gratuities on your behalf

    • Coordinating bride and groom's exit

    • Keeping track, organizing and packing up at the end of the evening

    • Collecting all items and bringing them to designated room/car
